Nancy Seltzer is a licensed broker in the states of New York and Connecticut. In addition to working in the development of multifamily projects in New York and across the country, Nancy has dealt with commercial real estate developers in New York including Time Equities, Shearson Lehman Brothers and ITT Worldcom. She also had a 13 year engagement at TIAA CREF as the manager for major corporate properties in New York, Colorado, and North Carolina, as well as smaller facilities throughout the country. Since 2002, Nancy's focus has been residential real estate as well her collecting and dealing of contemporary art.
Marissa Miller first joined Nancy Seltzer in her travels to Japan in 2007 and has been instrumental in all subsequent aspects of the selection and representation of artists and the production of the Girls from Kyoto exhibition. Prior to Nancy Seltzer Art and Nancy Seltzer Real Estate she has worked in the Asia Society and Museum's Public Relations department and interned in the Sotheby's department of Latin American Art in New York. More recently she has freelanced in the Litigation and Intellectual Property departments of several top New York law firms. A native of the Boston area, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Art History and Spanish Language and Literature from New York University. Marissa is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
